1. General Provisions

bd447 ("we", "our", "Platform") operates an online casino and sports betting service for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between the Platform and its users ("you", "Member").

New members can receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. This bonus requires 10x (ten times) wagering, meaning you must place bets totalling 10 times the combined amount of the bonus and deposit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per member.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until bonus wagering is complete.
• Attempting to withdraw a deposit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected, bd447 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd447 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's activity and loyalty. bd447 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All decisions relating to bets and games on bd447 are final and cannot be changed, unless a technical error is proven.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Event results will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to bd447's specific rules.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time and a bet may not be accepted.
• In cases of suspicious results or match fixing, the relevant bets may be voided.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — results are completely random.
• Rules set by game providers apply.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, bets will be settled by reviewing the game history.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd447 platform and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or operating with the intent to defraud the system.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

bd447 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions or prohibited activities.
• Failed KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Breach of age requirement.
• Legal reasons or regulatory instructions.
• Extended inactivity (after a designated notice period).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 months or more. bd447 reserves the right to apply a maintenance charge to the balance of an inactive account after giving notice.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Complex matters may require additional time for a full investigation.

11.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, bd447 reserves the right to adjust the correct amount, even if the account balance becomes negative.

For significant changes, bd447 will attempt to notify members by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
